I can’t get into my email account anymore, so I can’t get my access code.
For security purposes, we base our account management system on sending an access code to a verified email address. This is the only form of identification we have to make sure we're communicating with the right person, and that we don't give access to your Keepsafe to someone who shouldn't have it.
If you've permanently lost access to the only email address you verified with us, I'm afraid it will not be possible to recover that Keepsafe account or its contents. We know this is disappointing but, as much as we want to help, we must stick to our security principles. That's why there is no way to get into a Keepsafe account without having access to the verified email address. The bad news is that you can’t get in; the good news is that no one else can either.
If you decide to create a new Keepsafe account, please be sure to add at least one additional email address to it — that way, we'll have more options if something like this happens again.
Tip: Be extra sure to add and verify at least one backup email address.
