No problem! Happens all the time. Here's how you can reset your PIN:
iOS
- Open Keepsafe.

Tap
'Forgot PIN'
in the top right corner.
- An access code will be sent to all the verified email addresses that are linked to the account you're trying to access.
- Go into your email inbox and retrieve the code.
- Go back to Keepsafe.

Enter the code in the page that opened when the code was requested, then tap
'SUBMIT'
.
- Create a new PIN for your Keepsafe.
Android
- Open Keepsafe.

Tap the 3-dot icon in the top right corner.

Select
'Reset PIN'
.

Tap
'Send code'
.
- An access code will be sent to all the verified email addresses that are linked to the account you're trying to access.
- Go into your email inbox and retrieve the code.
- Go back to Keepsafe.

Enter the code in the page that opened when the code was requested, then tap
'Next'
.
- Create a new PIN or pattern for your Keepsafe.
