95% of all requested access codes in the last 4 hours have been sent within this time. "Sent" means that the email has been put in your inbox.
If the data indicates a delay, please wait for the time indicated. In case you still don't get your access code email, please reach out to email@example.com .
Please note that the access code is sent to the email address that you’ve registered in Keepsafe - you need to make sure that you’re checking the right email address.
- Please make sure that you have not blocked the email address from which these codes are being sent from: firstname.lastname@example.org and that you can receive machine generated emails.
- Please consider making email@example.com a “preferred sender” with your provider.
- Please look in your Spam folder and make sure that your Inbox is not full.
The access code is valid within 24 hours - if you want to request a new code, please press the “Resend” button that you can see on the same screen where you are being asked for the access code. Next, just confirm your email and you will receive a new code in your inbox.
Please keep in mind that the only valid code is the one that you received LAST (in case you made multiple requests and received different codes via email and they are grouped in your inbox).
If you still don’t seem to receive your code, please contact us and let us know the email address that you are using Keepsafe with and to which you should be receiving the code.
