Once you’ve downloaded the Keepsafe Photo Vault on your iOS or Android device, the next step is to access the Keepsafe login page and get going!
Keepsafe Login: First time users
If you have never logged into Keepsafe before, the first step is to create your Keepsafe login. Follow the steps below:
iOS
- Download the Keepsafe Photo Vault from the App Store .

'Create Account'

Enter your name and email address.
- After submitting your name and email address, you will receive a verification email to secure your Keepsafe login. This is an important step for keeping your photo vault secure — if you ever forget your PIN, it can be recovered through your verified email address.

Find the verification message in your inbox, then tap
'Verify Email'

Back inside your Keepsafe app, you will be instructed to create a unique PIN to unlock your photo vault.

After creating your PIN, Keepsafe will ask for permission to access your photo gallery so that you can import your private photos and videos.
- That’s it! You have successfully created your Keepsafe login, and confirmed your email address just in case you need to recover your account or forget your PIN code.
Android
- Download the Keepsafe Photo Vault from the Google Play Store .
- When you first open it, Keepsafe will ask for permission to access your device's file storage so that you can import your private photos and videos.

Keepsafe Login: Returning users
If you're already a Keepsafe user and wish to log back into your existing account, follow the steps below:
- Download the Keepsafe Photo Vault from the App Store or the Google Play Store .

'Log In'

Enter the email address associated with your Keepsafe account.
- A 4-letter access code will be sent to all the verified email addresses linked to your account.

Find the access code in your email inbox and enter it in Keepsafe, then tap
'Log In'
.
After logging in or creating an account, the Keepsafe PIN screen will appear every time you open the app. We want to make sure that the only people accessing your photo vault are authorized to access. Without the unique PIN being entered, the photo vault will remain locked.
What if I forget my PIN?
If you cannot remember your PIN to unlock your vault, you can easily request to reset it using your verified email address. Click here and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
