I want to permanently delete everything in my Trash.
It is quite easy to empty your Trash:
iOS
- Open your Keepsafe app.

Go to the Settings in the bottom left corner.

Open the Trash.

Tap
'Select All'
in the top right corner.
- Tap 'Delete' in the bottom left corner, then 'Delete' again to confirm.
Android
- Open your Keepsafe app.

Go to the Settings in the bottom left corner.

Open the Trash.
- Tap the options icon in the top right corner.

Tap
'Delete All'
, then
'Delete'
again to confirm.
Make sure that the cloud backup feature is ENABLED when deleting items from the Trash, so that the change is also reflected in your private cloud.
Note: Items that are deleted from the Trash are permanently removed from our servers and can never be recovered. There is nothing we can do to recover your items in this case.
