I cannot remember exactly how to sign into my existing Keepsafe account.
Signing into your Keepsafe account is pretty simple:
- Download the Keepsafe Photo Vault from the App Store or the Google Play Store .

Tap
'Log In'

Enter the email address associated with your Keepsafe account.
- A 4-letter access code will be sent to all the verified email addresses linked to your account.

Find the access code in your email inbox and enter it in Keepsafe, then tap
'Log In'
.
Please be aware that if you have a large number of items, it will take some time to completely load. Only items that were synced to your private Keepsafe cloud will load onto the device.
Tip: Please add and verify at least one alternative email address to your account. We would hate for you to lose access to your saved content in case that you lose access to your primary email.
