To remove your existing Keepsafe data, please go to the Cloud icon in the top right and disable the "Private Cloud" or "Back Up".
You will be prompted to allow your device to download the content back to your device. You must allow for this to fully finish so that nothing is lost - please do not close or minimize the app during the downloading process. Bear in mind, you must also have adequate space on your device for this to happen.
Next, you can also export (unhide) your existing content and uninstall Keepsafe if you do not wish to use it any longer.
Then contact support@getkeepsafe.com from the registered email and simply say "Please delete my account". You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Please be aware, simply deleting your app will not cancel your subscription . You must cancel your subscription with either the PlayStore or AppStore.
