I know I already bought Premium, but my account looks Basic. What should I do?
iOS
- Open your Keepsafe app.
- Go to the Settings in the bottom left corner.
- Go to Account.
- Enter your PIN or pattern.
- Tap 'Account Type'.
- Tap 'Restore Purchases' at the bottom of the screen.
Android
- Open your Keepsafe app.
- Go to the Settings in the bottom left corner.
- Go to Account.
- Enter your PIN or pattern.
- Tap 'Restore Purchases' in the 'Account type' section.
What if I cannot get past the paywall when opening Keepsafe?
iOS
The initial paywall can be closed in the top right corner. On the next screen, scroll down to find the 'Restore Purchases' option.
Android
While your device is connected to the same Google account that was used to process your initial purchase, try purchasing the same Premium plan again. The app should then detect and restore your existing subscription.

This issue usually happens when the user has multiple Keepsafe accounts (even if you didn't know you had more than one). When you have only one subscription and multiple Keepsafe accounts, the subscription will automatically "jump" from one account to another. In order to avoid this issue, we recommend having a subscription for each account, or only using one Keepsafe account.
