I need to add a different credit card for my account.
This must be done on your Apple ID or Google Play account. Here's how:
iOS
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name.
- Tap 'Payment & Shipping'. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Tap 'Add Payment Method', enter the new payment method, then tap 'Done'.
- Tap 'Edit'.
- Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap 'Delete'.

Android
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap your picture in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select 'Payments and subscriptions'.
- Select 'Payment methods'.
- Tap 'Add credit or debit card', enter the new card info, then tap 'Save'.
- Back in the 'Payment methods's screen, scroll down and tap 'More payment settings'.
- The 'payments center' page will open in your browser. There, you can remove your old payment methods.
