I have forgotten the password for one of my albums. What can I do?

iOS

In your Keepsafe app, open the Settings in the bottom left corner.
Under the 'More' section, tap on 'Album Passwords' .
Tap 'Unlock All Albums' .
An access code will be sent to the email address associated with your Keepsafe account.
Check your email inbox and retrieve the 4-letter code.
Go back to Keepsafe and enter the code on the same page where you requested it.
Tap 'Unlock All Albums' .

Android

In your Keepsafe app, open the Settings in the bottom left corner.
Go to 'Album Passwords' .
Tap 'Remove all Passwords' , then 'Continue' .
An access code will be sent to the email address associated with your Keepsafe account.
Check your email inbox and retrieve the 4-letter code.
Go back to Keepsafe and enter the code on the field that opened when you requested it.
Tap 'Remove all Passwords' .
