Adding Photos to Photo Vault

I would like to put my pictures into Keepsafe. How do I do this?

It is quite simple to add photos to you vault. There are 2 ways to go about this;

From INSIDE of your Keepsafe

iOS

1. Open your Keepsafe app.
2. Tap on the ‘+’ button
   
3. Tap on import photos & videos
4. Select from where you would like to find that photo
5. You can choose to remove that photo from the camera roll
   
6. You need to confirm deleting the items in the next popup

Android

1. Open your Keepsafe app.
2. Tap on the ‘+’ button !
3. Tap on import photos & videos
4. Select from where you would like to find that photo
5. Items are automatically deleted upon import to Keepsafe.

From OUTSIDE of your Keepsafe

1. Open your gallery (or other supported app)
2. Select the image or images you want to save in Keepsafe.
3. Use “share” button and choose Keepsafe
4. On iOS and tap on ‘Add’
5. The item will go to the Main Album (unless you choose a specific folder on iOS, and then you’ll have to enter your PIN first.)

How do I know it’s there?

Simply log into your Keepsafe and take a look! Your items should be waiting for you in your Main Album . Also double check that the item is synced to the private cloud and has a check mark.
