Keepsafe does not manage any subscriptions — they are managed by either Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), depending on where your purchase was processed. Here's how you can cancel your subscription:
Android
- Log into the Google account you were using when the purchase was made (either on your Android device settings or by accessing play.google.com on any device).
- Open the Play Store app (if using an Android device).
- Tap your picture in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select 'Payments and subscriptions'.
- Select 'Subscriptions'.
- Find your Keepsafe Premium subscription and cancel it.
iOS
- Go into the settings of your iOS device.
- Tap your name.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Find your Keepsafe Premium subscription and cancel it.
Please note:
- To avoid automatic renewals, the subscription must be cancelled at least 48 hours before it expires.
- After unsubscribing, you'll continue to have Premium access until your subscription expires.
- All subscriptions will auto-renew unless you have changed that setting in Google Play or the App Store.
- Your subscription will not be automatically cancelled if your email address or phone no longer works, or if you have uninstalled the app.
